Sailing and rowing the Charles Henry Ashley is an amazing experience. The article below was written by one of our members, Keith Muscott, for the magazine ‘Dinghy Cruising’ – Bulletin No. 231, and celebrates his first sail aboard Charles Henry Ashley

Cemaes Boat Club is working with and supporting Cemaes Community Interest Company, in their aim to develop the Capel Bethlehem Project.
This amazing project would see a new seafront visitor attraction being brought to Cemaes which would include a 100 cover restaurant, a boutique 72 seater cinema, holiday let, two retail outlets and a permanent home for the historic Charles Henry Ashley lifeboat.
The project has been granted planning permission and Cemaes CIC is now in the process of raising the vital funds to enable the project to progress. Visit the Cemaes CIC Facebook Page for further information about how they are engaging with the local Cemaes community.
If you wish to contribute towards this incredible project – please donate through the Local Giving Page , which can be reached through this link. Many, many thanks!
