We have had to re-arrange the Launch Date once again – and, depending on the weather, CHA will now be launched on Saturday, 4th May.
As this is quite short notice, please contact me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you are able to help.
All launch volunteers will be required to assist at Peibron Farm from 7.00am. CHA will be brought down to Cemaes and will be positioned on the beach ready to wait for the tide. Once she has floated from the trailer, a team of rowers is required to take her the short distance across to her mooring in the harbour. As this will be after midday, it will be quite a long day’s activity!
Please note that we have also had to cancel the proposed Sailing Date on Saturday, 11th May. Instead, we are hoping that a sail can take place on Sunday, 12th May.
If you haven’t already done so, please book a place on the website. (There are still 8 available spaces).
As I explained in my last newsletter, this is the time of year that we ask all members to pay the fees for their membership category in order that they can book sailings for the forthcoming season. Membership Fees should be paid by the end of April – but must be paid before any sailings take place.
All you have to do is register on the website (many of you have already done this). However, you must also complete a new on-line Membership Form in order that we can create an up-to-date data base.
Please can you then arrange for a BACS transfer to:
Clwb Cychod Cemaes CHA Cemaes Boat Club
Sort Code 40-08-26
Account Number 61149997
Please reference the payment with your name.
Alternatively, you can download an application form using the link below and send it with a cheque (made out to ‘Clwb Cychod Cemaes CHA Cemaes Boat Club’) to Sian Jones, our Membership Secretary, at Oriel Cemaes, 16, High Street, Cemaes Bay, Anglesey LL67 0HH.
Sian has offered to help anyone with their on-line membership application and you can either call in to see her or contact her by email on email@example.com or phone her on 01407 711300.
